40th Anniversary of the Medical University in Sancti Spíritus

The University of Medical Sciences of Sancti Spíritus held a commemorative event marking the 40th anniversary of its founding, within the context of the Fidel Castro Ruz centenary.

The ceremony was presided over by Deivy Pérez Martín, a member of the Party Central Committee and First Secretary in the province, and Governor Dr. Alexis Lorente Jiménez, among other dignitaries.

During the event, a video was shown highlighting the institution’s track record in training professionals and its contribution to the healthcare system.
