At exactly 5:15 a.m., the First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC) and President of the Republic, Miguel Díaz-Canel Bermúdez, entered the Revolution Square in Pinar del Río to preside over the national ceremony marking the 73rd anniversary of the assault on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes barracks.
