Sancti Spíritus works to improve Science and Innovation Processes

Sancti Spíritus is currently developing the improvement of science and technological innovation processes, which involve several projections, including their application in governments and different territories.
Leonel Díaz Camero, delegate of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment in the province, commented in this regard that they have in projection to work with companies, most of them have their technical advisory council but they do not take advantage of it properly, and others do not have it.
“We are working with the selected companies for this system to be set up in the municipality, which is oriented to be set up in the company, so that the company has its science and innovation system set up, with each strategic line, projects, well-developed programs, with projects and experts in order to derive it.
“CITMA is also working to perfect the so-called system of programs and projects where it is urgent to involve those responsible for the problems to be solved, we have to involve the owner of the problem, science cannot solve the problem by itself, which is what has happened to us.”
“There are many impacts that today are not measured and, in addition, it was not visualized because sometimes it is a little difficult to do it scientifically, but even if it is not with the rigor of the methodology, you can always give information and you can visualize the impacts that you have.”
