Trinidad “City of Encounters” Business Forum during October 7 and 8
The “Trinidad: City of Encounters” Business Forum will take place on October 7 and 8, featuring the participation of specialists and officials from the Ministry of Tourism, private sector stakeholders, and representatives from entities in the Sancti Spíritus province.
Hosted at the Hotel Trinidad Península, the event focuses on strategic alliances; consequently, working sessions will showcase the portfolio of tourism investment opportunities in the context of the economic and social transformations currently being implemented across the country.
The forum provides a setting that facilitates the identification of new business ventures involving the non-state sector, while also fostering the integration of Cubans living abroad into projects aimed at strengthening local economic development.
The first day will feature presentations on the region’s high tourism potential and foreign investment opportunities, delivered by tourism specialists, representatives from the Office of the Conservator of the City and the Valley of the Sugar Mills, and executives from Cubanacán.
The second day is scheduled to include tours of sites of interest identified by the event’s participants—a gathering where innovation, entrepreneurship, and development converge to transform tourism in the region.
The second part of this tourism business forum will be held on October 10 in the city of Yayabo.
