The Juan Gualberto Gómez Prize 2025 recognizes the work of Elsa Ramos and Yosdany Morejón

Due to the impact and significance of their journalistic work throughout 2025, the jury of the Juan Gualberto Gómez National Prize decided to award Elsa Ramos Ramírez for her outstanding work at the Escambray newspaper, and Yosdany Morejón for her valuable contributions to the digital platforms of various news outlets.

Additionally, a special mention was given in the Radio category to journalist Lisandra Gómez Guerra.
