Sancti Spíritus strengthens efforts against illegal activities, corruption, and abusive prices
In Sancti Spíritus, as throughout the country, the fifth national exercise against crime, corruption, illegal activities, and social indiscipline began this Monday, with the participation of local authorities.
This initiative is part of a national effort aimed at strengthening legality, internal order, and social discipline through coordinated actions among state institutions, the government, and other agencies at the provincial and municipal levels.
In the province, the exercise prioritizes the monitoring and protection of economic and social assets, the control of strategic resources, and addressing demonstrations that disrupt public safety and services.
Attention is also being paid to combating price gouging and speculation, the misuse of payment gateways, and other behaviors that negatively impact economic and social life.
In Sancti Spíritus, the actions planned as part of the fifth national exercise against crime, corruption, illegalities and social indiscipline also include the protection of sensitive facilities and the promotion of preventive tasks in communities and centers of greater complexity.
