Sancti Spíritus Provincial Council evaluated compliance with agreements and programs

The Sancti Spíritus Provincial Government Council reviewed the fulfillment of previous agreements and the implementation of economic and social programs in the territory.

During the meeting, held via videoconference from the ETECSA territorial division in Sancti Spíritus, it was reported that all 20 agreements adopted in previous sessions had been fulfilled, with actions aimed at strengthening primary healthcare, developing transportation, and organizing administrative structures. Regarding water supply, limitations persisted in Fomento and Trinidad due to fuel constraints, although alternative measures were implemented to serve the population.

Participants analyzed the execution of the state budget as of the end of June, as well as the implementation of directives from higher-level bodies of the Party, the State, and the Government.

They also evaluated the operation of cultural services and the population’s main areas of dissatisfaction.
