Sancti Spíritus hosts celebrations for Culture Workers’ Day

The more than 3,570 members of the Union of Cultural Workers in Sancti Spíritus are celebrating since the province was awarded the national vanguard status in the Culture in Revolution emulation.

For this reason, the province will host the main event for the Workers’ Day in the cultural sector on December 13.

This designation is a fitting reward for the efforts of all the workers’ collectives.

Cultural activity is precisely what enabled Sancti Spíritus to be chosen as the venue for the national event on the day commemorating the birth of Raúl Gómez García, known to history as the Poet of the Centennial Generation.
