Pioneers paint and play at their organization’s birthday
The Cultural Plaza resembled a multicolored swarm, dominated by red, blue, and white, like the school uniforms that adorn the Cuban landscape every day.
There was no stillness, because the children’s energy banished any possibility of idleness or boredom.
It was the perfect moment to unleash their imaginations, chalk in hand, drawing on the cement surface.
And in the surroundings of that makeshift drawing workshop, the games completed the whirlwind of joy and revelry, because precisely they, the pioneers, were celebrating the 65th anniversary of their organization, which is this April 4th.
