More than 7,000 people from Sancti Spíritus benefited from social assistance

More than 7,100 people have received social assistance benefits in Sancti Spíritus so far this year, most of them temporary cash payments and the rest receiving services or resources.

According to the report presented to the last Government Council meeting in the province, some 98 million pesos have already been disbursed in 2025, primarily to support senior citizens, people with disabilities, and mothers of children with severe disabilities.
