He is a young 35-year-old from Trinidad, Cuba, addicted to the general culinary philosophy from an early age, who chose to work as a chef at the Meliá Trinidad Peninsula Hotel since its founding.
Jaciel, with an impeccable appearance, leads a team of four people during his shift, and each day he strives to unleash his creativity and transform each meal into a signature dish, although he prefers traditional Cuban cuisine.
