Juan Carlos García Granda, head of the sector in Cuba, said in Sancti Spíritus that boosting the cultural values of the Trinidad-Sancti Spiritus cluster is an unavoidable premise to develop tourism, and he underscored the need to diversify the product offered to foreign visitors.

The circuit excursions represent an original and popular form of tourism, since the different markets demand a variety of destinations and facilities where Trinidad is a must-visit place.

García Granda also said that the consumption of culture and traditions, in addition to the values of nature, have been defining between the sun, the beach and the mountains.

In Sancti Spiritus it is essential to have a tourism that receives multifactorial support due to its significance for the attraction of foreign currency and as a locomotive of the economy.
