Education, Science and Sports Workers Get Ready for May Day

Workers from the Education, Science, and Sports Workers’ Union in Sancti Spíritus are preparing for the May Day celebrations, this year under the slogan “For Cuba, Together We Create.”

“We have already begun reading this announcement, and once again the Education, Science, and Sports Workers’ Union in the Province of Sancti Spíritus, along with its members, reaffirms its commitment to the homeland, faithful to the legacy of our beloved Commander-in-Chief Fidel Castro, on his centennial,” said Idolidia Calero Pérez, the union’s general secretary in the province. “We will be present in the classrooms, on the sports fields, in science labs, in the development of projects at our university, and from every front.”
