Repair and maintenance actions aimed at improving the hotel and non-hotel infrastructure are being carried out in the Trinidad-Sancti Spiritus tourist center in order to give back an added value to the tourist product. This is recognized by the delegate of the Minister of Tourism here, Yordanis Fernandez Alonso, and refers that the Melia Trinidad-Peninsula is the only hotel in Cuba with three restaurants rated five forks and boasts high occupancy levels mainly with the Canadian market.
