Inspections are being reinforced at boarding points to support population mobility

Amid the ongoing fuel crisis, transportation in Sancti Spíritus is reinforcing inspections at boarding points to ensure essential mobility for the population through state-run means of transport.

The Director of Transportation for Sancti Spíritus, Alberto Martínez García, detailed the actions being taken at key locations throughout the province with the support of community inspectors who are providing guidance to drivers and passengers.

“With this group of community inspectors, we are addressing the province’s main boarding points, which are mostly located on the outskirts of towns. For example, here in Sancti Spíritus, we have La Rotonda, the Jatibonico exit, the Mini-Terminal, and we have a group of community inspectors at key stops in each municipality.”
