Cooperative and productive recycling in La Esperanza

More than a decade ago, Fomento, municipality of Sancti Spíritus province witnessed the birth of one of the productive projects conceived from the perspective of recycling all types of plastic. After a process of selection, treatment, and fusion, it would become an interesting productive empire.

Under the name La Esperanza, the Non-Agricultural Cooperative today reaffirms itself as a very intelligent, capable, highly productive, and supportive enterprise, with a strong cooperative movement.

Educational centers, tourist facilities, health centers, and fishing fleets, to name just a few examples, attest to this, by including among their furniture and production tools the garments produced at the La Esperanza CNA.

As Fomento today energizes its daily life with the merit of being a prominent municipality in the bid to host the commemoration of the Moncada event in the province, this cooperative stands proud of its systematic work, contributing to production and services.
