Sancti Spíritus cigars present at the International Habano Festival

The Sublime Extra cigar made by the cigar rollers of the Basic Business Unit (UEB) José A. García Borroto, from Zaza del Medio, was presented at the 25th International Habano Festival, held in the Cuban capital and sponsored by the Habanos S.A. joint venture.
Mindrey Pérez García, director of the UEB, pointed out that this is a long and thick cigar (184 mm and 54 filler respectively), made with raw material from the Pinar del Río plains and bearing the quality seal of an internationally renowned factory.
The Sublime Extra, presented at the Festival’s Trade Fair, was made by cigar rollers who have fulfilled exclusive orders for Holland, Belgium, Switzerland, Mexico, Spain, Peru, Brazil, among other countries, where they have even made the orders in front of the customer.
The directive said that this tobacco is the result of a special order from the Habanos Group of the country to the cigar rollers of the Zaza del Medio establishment, due to the quality and prestige of the assortments made there for export.
Pérez García added that the order for the Fair was for 9,000 Sublimes, but they will reach up to 21,000 units of the exclusive cigar for commercialization, a challenge for the group, which is used to such endeavors.
