Covid-19 in Cuba: 17 new cases are confirmed

At the close of yesterday, October 12, 3,275 patients were admitted to hospitals for clinical epidemiological surveillance, of them: 2,336 under surveillance, 649 suspects and 290 confirmed.

For COVID-19, 6,655 samples were studied, resulting in 17 positive samples. The country accumulates 706,301 samples carried out and 6,017 positives (0.85%). Therefore, at the close of yesterday, 17 new cases were confirmed, with a cumulative of 6,017 in the country. The 17 diagnosed cases are Cuban.
